Very nice experience! I took my car to the BMW dealership and they were no help I was practically kicked out and was referred to ABR. Couldn’t have been any happier! They are very helpful, profesional and dedicated to their job. It will be my go to place from now on for any repair.

I was let down by a BMW shop for the first PPI and repair on my new to me E38 so I scoured the internet for the best shop in Houston. I don't know if ABR is the best shop for you but I'm dang sure not taking my car anywhere else. They were up front with everything about my car and what they could do to help. Gave me a list of suggested repairs in order of importance and gave me a break down of why these things needed to be fixed. I spoke with Alex the owner right when I got there and also Tree and Jordan at the front. After speaking with them and seeing the accolades of their techs presented on the wall, I had everything I needed to know for me making the decision to entrust them with the repairs. So if you ever get a bad feeling from whatever establishment you have your BMW at that isn't ABR, give this crew a shot.

What an incredible experience! I did some work on my 2002 530i that required specialty programming and the guys at ABR took care of it in the best fashion. I got the chance to talk to Alex in length, and he and the rest of the staff at ABR made me feel right at home. I've been looking for a shop to handle the specialty needs of my "rescue" E39 and these guys are definitely it. Not only did they perform the service I requested, but solved a long-standing issue with my brakes as well as oil consumption on the higher mileage engine. On top of that, they did a thorough inspection of the car, alerting me to many issues I was and was not aware of. Great experience, outstanding service, and the price is excellent, certainly considering these guys are top-notch BMW technicians and enthusiasts themselves.

Abr BMW are life savers, friendly and they have fair prices. I called just before they closed and the service was awesome even at the end of the day they got my car done in one day and they have loaners. I highly recommend them as long as I have my BMW ABR BMW will have my business.

ABR provides trusted advice, quality work, and fair pricing. Jordan, Alex, and the whole team are great. I trust them to take care of my treasured M3's, I feel they look after my cars like they would look after their own They have a lifelong customer in me!

To give you a little history , I recently purchased a lovely 06 Blue M5 from one of their current customers. The purchase was made while the car was being worked on by ARB. Must say that they went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. The work(SMG Pump) that has been done has been great and zero issues with it since ownership. Not only did they help with the sale, but they helped me load and tie down the car to my trailer. Alex the owner was awesome and helped with the above mentioned. Not many shops would help with that. If I lived in the area, I would highly recommend this shop. The customer service is top notch and the work done is even better. They may not be the cheapest option but they definitely know their stuff and especially M5's. Again thanks for the helps guys!
