Fantastic independent shop! Took my swapped wagon here for some diagnostic work. They gave me all the answers I needed and didn't suggest unnecessary repairs!

Complete experience. All aspects of the ABR experience are as they should be. The waiting room is nice, there's coffee, usually some sort of food. lol Alex is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to shoot the crap with. I brought the E46 in one morning for some maintenance, had the bushings in the rear replaced and ran into complications. Alex and the guys worked through lunch to get it done that day, and the quote was spot on. I will definitely be going back to ABR.

I recently had a chance to visit ABR for the first time to service my 3 series. I am so glad to have found a shop that I trust to take care of my car. I had just bought my '12 550i M-Sport a few months prior and already the roads of Downtown Houston had totally whacked out the alignment and steering on my F10. I contacted Alex after being referred to him by other Houston BMW owners and was able to come in the next business day. He got my ride driving beautifully in no time. The shop is comfortable and cool and they always have something crazy in the garage to look at. This is where you take your car when it needs some TLC!

I got my dream BMW back in '08 and subsequently met Alex. He was the person I trusted to guide me through the BMW service maze when I had the warranty coverage security blanket. As the new models came in, it seemed my local BMW dealer had moved on from my trusted whip and Alex had moved on to bigger challenges. From helping correct a lower receiver that was damaged by road midgets to routine maintenance, I have always been happy. My most recent service was to perform routine brake fluid maintenance and repair a headliner tension cord. Alex went above and beyond by taking the time to look over the entire car and was able to find a leaking cam cover that was able to be corrected before it became a major problem. Few people take the time and have the attention to detail to provide truly exceptional service.
