The Amazing Alex! Ok let me start by saying I’ve yet to actually have work performed on my vehicle here but when I do, this is defiantly the place I’m going to! The time this gentleman (Alex) took to explain everything to me was beyond real! You just don’t get this type of customer service anymore. I really appreciated the time spent. Family oriented, inclusive, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the impression I received from start to finish! Well worth the visit!

Had my E92 M3 coded for some issues, and they were able to fix it! I was unable to pick up the car during normal hrs, but they left the key in a safe and locked location. I later that night I was able to pick up the M3 without issues. Great service and customer care!

I took my car to assist with a blown charge pipe and upgrading to a more durable charge pipe and air intake, these guys are great! Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and I feel a great deal of confidence with them working on my car. This is the place to bring your BMW for anything service related! This is my "go-to" for anything with my M3!

I have owned various BMW's over the last 20 years and therefore I have a lot of experience with BMW dealers and independent shops. ABR is the best BMW repair shop I have ever dealt with for both newer model BMW's and classic BMW's. I have a rare E34 M5 that was sitting because of some bad prior dealings with other independent shops. I took a leap of faith and took my M5 to ABR for repair. Jordan, the ABR service advisor, gave me an estimate to bring it back to life, including what needed to be done right away and what could wait. ABR took on the project, kept me posted as the project progressed, and even sent me pictures as various jobs were completed. When I came to pick up the car the bill was extremely close to the estimate they gave me a few months earlier despite a few unanticipated issues. My 27 year old M5 now runs fantastically and I would drive it anywhere. The service tech who worked on it, Grady, did a great job bringing it back to life for me. I also recently acquired an E82 135i as a daily driver, and with Jordan's advice, installed a few upgrades. Wow, what a difference - the car is much more fun to drive and I didn't have to spend a huge amount of money to do it. My daily commute is much more enjoyable now! What makes ABR stand above all the other BMW shops and dealerships I have dealt with is their honesty. BMW's are expensive to maintain but ABR is not out to take advantage of you or run up your bill. That's not something I can say about some other BMW shops I have dealt with over the years. ABR gets the job done right the first time and does so honestly.

These guys are the best! First - NICE people. Jordan, you are so kind! I walked in the first time (a chick) and told him I knew where the problem was. He didn't even give me a "you're just a girl" look.. he said "OK, show me!" and hopped right up! Second - solid estimates for any work up front - and if they don't think something should be done, they don't do it. They actually talked me OUT of doing some work I thought I needed. The only place I'll ever take my car for service.

Good work, decent price, good communication after parts arrived and they were defective. Replacement parts we're sourced and the work was completed before the end of the day.

335i M-Sport- Oil Change and Inspection! First time at this shop and I'm impressed. Easy to make an appointment quickly online and they were ready for me when I arrived. They said it would take about an hour and provided me updates as they were working. A couple of items needing attention were pointed out and I was given options of how to proceed. A very well-run shop- I will be returning for sure.
